This website collects only the information you choose to submit so Richmond Perimeter Drainage can respond to the drainage-planning request.

What we collect

The request form asks for your name, phone number, project address, and optional project details. It may also record the page, referrer and campaign parameters that brought you here. A hidden anti-spam field is used to reduce automated submissions. Form analytics record the form name and page path, not the name, phone number, address or project text.

How your request is used

The checkbox authorizes Richmond Perimeter Drainage to contact you about this request. It does not authorize provider sharing. The request remains central-only unless you later give separate, specific permission for an identified independent provider to receive it. Your information is not used for unrelated marketing without separate permission.

Storage and choices

A success message appears only after the request has been saved by the central intake system. You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submitted request through the request page; begin the project-details field with “Privacy request.”
